About me

I’m a Sheffield-based Shooting Director and Creative Lead. I spend my "day job" heading up a small video agency, which means I spend a lot of time obsessing over the "why" behind the camera.

Right now, I’m opening up my diary for select freelance projects across Leeds, Manchester, and the North.

The Motivation

I’m being totally transparent about the "why": we are currently in the middle of "Operation: Second Kid, Bigger House." I’m trading my annual leave and "rest days" to spend more time doing the craft I love while funding a house move. Because I’m working toward a goal, I’m arguably the most motivated and reliable freelancer you’ll hire this year.

I’m comfortable managing the entire lifecycle of a production, ensuring the creative vision translates perfectly into a high-performing final asset.

Kit

• I’m a technical native across the Sony, Canon, and Blackmagic ecosystems, with extensive mileage on industry-standard bodies, but my kit list is constantly evolving to stay at the sharp end of the industry.

Logistics

• I’m fully mobile with my own transport and can be on-set in Leeds or Manchester within 60 minutes
